A Regenerative Living Micro-Project for Primary Schools
(Year 1 - 6)
At Heal Earth, we believe that through small, everyday choices, young learners can already become caretakers of our planet.
The Heal Earth Challenge: Little Actions, Big Impact invites primary school students to practice simple eco-friendly habits at home and school, helping them understand how small actions, repeated daily, create meaningful change for Earth.
This challenge is designed to be low-pressure, inclusive, and hopeful, supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical learners.
What Students Will Learn
By the end of 7 days, students will:
Understand how everyday habits affect the Earth
Practice caring for natural resources
Build empathy for people, plants, and animals
Feel proud of their positive impact

How to Participate
Step 1: Teacher Registration on the Heal Earth Little Actions Big Impact Challenge Event Website
Teachers register once on behalf of their class or grade. After Event registration, the teachers will receive the class participation pack.
Step 2: Run the 7-Day Challenge between 13th January to 27th January 2026
Teachers guide students through 7 days of simple green habits, at school, at home, or both.
Teachers may follow the suggested daily actions from the class participation pack.
Or repeat one habit daily if preferred
Activities are flexible and inclusive
No special materials or lesson planning required.
Step 3: Teacher Submission (Easy & Flexible)
After the 7 days, teachers submit on behalf of their students.
Teachers may choose from the following submission formats:
Class Green Habits Checklist
One checklist covering the whole class
Teacher-verified
Photo Collection
3–5 photos per student or per class
Uploaded individually or in one folder
Simple Student Reflections
Short written, dictated, or drawn reflections
Scanned or photographed
Teachers may submit:
Individual student entries, or
One combined class submission
Both are accepted and recognised.
The 7 Little Actions
Students choose one or more actions to practice each day.
Repeating the same action daily is encouraged and welcomed.
Day 1 : Save Energy
Turn off lights, fans, or devices when not in use.
Day 2 : Save Water
Close taps properly, use water mindfully, or reuse water for plants.
Day 3 : Care for Nature
Water a plant, observe birds or insects, or keep surroundings clean.
Day 4 : Reduce Waste
Separate waste, reuse paper, or avoid single-use plastic.
Day 5 : Eat Mindfully
Finish food without wasting and appreciate where it comes from.
Day 6 : Share the Habit
Teach one green habit to a family member or friend.
Day 7 : Reflect & Celebrate
