 s to practice simple eco-friendly habits at home and school\, helping them
  understand how small actions\, repeated daily\, create meaningful change 
 for Earth. The Challenge invites children to discover how small daily choi
 ces can make a big difference to the health of our planet. Over one week\,
  students practice simple\, meaningful eco-actions at home or school\, sav
 ing water\, caring for plants\, reducing waste\, and using energy mindfull
 y. Through repetition and reflection\, children learn that they are alread
 y Earth helpers\, and that caring for the planet can be joyful\, calm\, an
 d empowering. This challenge is designed to be low-pressure\, inclusive\, 
 and hopeful\, supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical learners. What
